In an effort to continue to ensure student safety and best practices with respect to volunteers, any person that volunteers more than 8 hours during the school year or wishes to be a chaperone on the 6th grade trip to Sierra Outdoor School, will need to complete a Volunteer Application Form using the link to the right.
As part of the Volunteer Application process, you will be asked to upload your proof of TB clearance or TB Assessment Waiver form. If you volunteered during the 2018-19 school year and do not have a copy of your TB clearance documentation, we may have a copy on file we can provide you with. Your TB Clearance and Risk Assessment are valid for 4 years. If you should need this copy, please see our school office. Once you have completed your application and uploaded your documents, your application will be put in the que for approval through our Raptor Visitor/Volunteer system.
If you submit the Volunteer Application without proof of your TB clearance, your volunteer approval will be pending until the proper TB clearance is provided. Once, you submit you cannot revise your application. You will have to come to the school office for assistance in attaching your TB clearance.
Pease remember to check in at the front office to receive a badge anytime you are visiting or volunteering on our campus. With your help, we will ensure that all safety measures are in place as we begin the 2019-2020 school year.
Thank you in advance for your continued support of our students and staff!
